This class is open to all genders, but specifically designed for AFAB people (AKA assigned female at birth).

• Fertility Awareness and all the amazing forms of birth control that are available (if you know they exist!)
• Menstrual health, products, “charting”
• PCOS and endometriosis education
• A brief overview of pregnancy and birth
• Empowering yourself with your care providers, and how to advocate for the care you need.
• What’s a OBGYN/ doula/ midwife/ nurse practitioner and which one do I need?!
• Explanation of Abortion processes and resources (hint this should never be an emergency)
• Miscarriage and loss
• Self care for bacterial vaginosis, UTI’s, and yeast infectionsQuestions and answers
